Surah Al Infitar

Surah Al Infitar is the 82 chapter of the Holy Quran. The meaning of the title is “The Cleaving”. This Surah was revealed in Mecca. It contains 19 ayah and 1 ruku. Surah Al Infitar is located in Juz’ 30.

Surah Al-Infitar addresses the Day of Judgment and the drastic changes that will occur in the universe. It portrays the scene of the heavens being split apart and the earth being spread out, symbolizing the end of the world as we know it.
