Hajj E Badal
Jis par hajj farz ho uss ki taraf se kiye janey walay hajj badal ki kuch shartain hain magar hajj nafil ki koi shart nahi, yeh to esaal sawab ki aik soorat hai aur esaal-e-sawab farz namaz o roza, hajj o zakah, sadqat o khairaat waghera tamam aamaal ka hosktahe. Agar apne marhoom walidain waghera ki taraf se aap apni marzi se hajj karna chaiye yani na unn par farz tha nah unhon naay wasiyat ki thi to iss ki koi sharait nahi hain. Ahraam hajj, waalid ya walida ki niyat se bandh lijiye aur tamam manask e hajj ada kijiye. Iss terhan faida yeh hoga ke unn ko aik hajj ka sawab miley ga aur hajj karne walay ko ba hukm-e-hadees 10 hajj ka sawab ataa kya jaye ga. (Hadees 2587 ) lehaza jab bhi nafil hajj ki saadat miley to afzal yahi hai ke waalid ya walida ki taraf se kijiye. Esaal-e-sawab ke liye kiye janey walay hajj tamatto ya Hajj qiran ki qurbani wajib hai aur hajj karne wala khud apni niyat se kare aur iss ka bhi esaal-e-sawab kar day .
Hajj e Badal ki 17 Sharait
1: Jo hajj badal karwata ho uss ke liye Zaroori hai ke uss par hajj farz hochuka ho yani agar farz nah honay ke bawajood uss naay hajj badal karwaya to farz hajj ada nah hua. yani baad mein agar uss par hajj farz ho gaya to pehla hajj badal kifayat nah kere ga.
2: Jis ki taraf se hajj kya ho woh iss qadar aajiz o Majboor ho ke khud hajj kar hi nah sakta ho. agar iss qabil ho kay khud hajj karsakta ho to uss ki taraf se hajj badal nahi ho sakta.
3: Waqt hajj se mout tak Auzur barabar baqi rahay. yani hajj badal karwane ke baad mout se pehlay pehlay agar khud hajj karne ke qabil hogaya to jo hajj dosray se karwalya tha woh Hajj na kafi hogaya.
4: Agar woh koi aisa auzur tha jis ke janay ki Umeed he nah thi maslan nabina hai aur hajj badal karwane ke baad Ankh wapis a gai to ab dobarah hajj karne ki zaroorat nahi.
5: Jis ki taraf se hajj badal kya jaye khud uss naay hukm bhi diya ho, baghair uss ke hukm ke hajj badal nahi ho sakta.
6: Waris naay agar morawis ( yani Waris karne walay ) ki taraf se kya to iss mai hukum ki zaroorat nahi.
7: Tamam akhrajaat ya kam az kam aksar akhrajaat bhejnay walay ki taraf se hon.
8:Wasiyat ki thi ke mere maal se hajj karwa diya jaye magar Waris naay apne maal se karwa diya to hajj badal nah hua, haan agar yeh niyat ho trke ( yani maiyat ke chhorey hue maal ) mein se le lun ga to hojaye ga, Aur agar lenay ka Iradah nah ho to nahi hoga aur agar Ajnabi naay apne maal se hajj badal karwa diya to nah hua, agarchay wapas lenay ka Iradah ho, agarchay woh marhoom khud usi ko hajj badal karne ko keh gaya ho.
9: Agar yun kaha ke meri taraf se hajj badal karwa diya jaye aur yeh nah kaha ke mere maal se ab agar Waris naay khud apne maal se hajj badal karwa diya aur wapas lenay ka bhi Iradah nah ho, hogaya.
10: Jis ko hukm diya wohi kare agar jis ko hukm tha uss naay kisi dosray se karwadiya to nah hua.
11: Maiyat naay jis ke baaray mein wasiyat ki thi uss ka bhi agar intiqaal hogaya ya woh janay par raazi nahi to ab dosray se hajj karwa liya gaya to jaaiz hai,
12: Hajj badal karne wala aksar rasta sawari par tay kare, warna hajj badal nah ho ga aur Kharch bhejnay walay ko dena parre ga haan! agar kharch mein kami pari to paidal bhi jasakta hai.
13: Jis ki taraf se hajj badal karna hai usi ke watan se hajj ko jaye.
14: Agar aamar ( hukm denay walay ) naay’ ‘ hajj’ ‘ ka hukm diya tha aur khud mamoor ( yani jis ko hukm diya gaya uss ) ny hajj tamattu kya to kharcha wapas kar day. Kyun kay’ ‘ hajj tamattu ‘ mein hajj ka ahraam’ ‘ meqaat Amir ‘ ‘ se nahi hoga balkay haram hi se bandhay ga. Haan aamar ki ijazat se aisa kya gaya ( Yani hajj tamattu kya gaya ) to koi muzaiqa nahi
15: Wasii’ ‘ naay ( yani jis ko wasiyat kar gaya tha ke too meri taraf se hajj karwa dena, uss naay ) agar maiyat ke chhorey hue maal ka tesra (3) hissa iِtna tha ke watan se aadmi bheja ja sakta tha, phir bhi agar ghair jagah se bheja to yeh hajj maiyat ki taraf se nah hua. haan woh jagah watan se itni qareeb ho k wahan ja kar raat ke anay se pehlay wapas asakta ho to hojaye ga warna ussay chahiye ke khud –apne maal se maiyat ki taraf se dobarah hajj karwaye.
16: Aamar ( yani jis naay hajj ka hukm diya hai usi ) ki niyat se hajj kare aur afzal yeh hai ke zabaan se bhi لَبَّیْک عَنْ فُلان keh le aur agar uss ka naam bhool gaya hai to yeh niyat karle ke jis naay bheja hai ( ya jis ke liye bheja hai ) uss ki taraf se karta hun.
17: Agar ahraam bandhtay waqt niyat karna bhool gaya to jab tak afaal Hajj shuroo nah kiye hon ikhtiyar hai ke niyat karle .
